Job Description :

Receives requests for emergency road service

, enter data required for accurate dispatching and perform manual receiving functions as necessary, Dispatch request for emergency road service via current dispatch systems, radio systems or phone. Monitor call volume taking into account quote times, equipment type and equipment availability. Counsel members on ERS provisions for service, and determine if service requests are within established guidelines' and procedures. Make suggestions, discuss available options with members for required services. Clearly and concisely document actions taken.

Job Requirements :

Customer service experience preferred. General proficiency in using a PC, excellent communication skills with fluency in English required. Call center or previous dispatching experience is desired.
