Job Description
The Planet is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager to join the Sales team to support customers post sales. The Sr. Technical Account Manager will support Managed Hosting customers and will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
• Work on behalf of the customer to achieve business goals through technical solutions
• Manage technical team to deliver technical solutions to customers
• Work with dedicated team to ensure success of select customer group
• Ensure customer uptime through precise monitoring implementations, good change management and incorporation of best practices
Required Skills
* Ability see past what people are asking for to what they really want/need
* Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple tasks and priorities
* A solid understanding of hosting and the business objectives for outsourcing
* Technical background in administration, technical sales or consulting
* Excellent customer services skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Strong understanding Microsoft technologies and terminology
* Ability to motivate themselves and their team to do what is right by the customer
Required Experience
# Minimum 3 years of enterprise account management
# Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams and projects
# Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is highly desired
