Takes the role of a change agent to lead the change process. Selects and uses appropriate tools to lead cultural transformation. Performs needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps, designs and implements development programs to improve performance. Possesses solid understanding of all HR functions and works with business clients and/or HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
