Projects include parking garages, high rise, commercial buildings, industrial plant modifications, and other major structure retrofits.
 
We are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to provide leadership and vision to our growing SPS business in Deer Park, TX. You will actively participate in managing day-to-day operations, including: Business Planning, Business Development, P& L, Contract Management, Risk Management, Human Resources, Collections, Job Cost, Cash Flow Analysis, and Resource Management.  
 
The successful candidate must possess 10 + years of construction management experience demonstrating in-depth knowledge of job financial management systems and contract terms & conditions. Individual must have a current TWIC card (or be able to acquire one within 90-days of employment) and be able to pass other periodic background checks at clearance level designated by industrial clients. Individuals must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field of study. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong leadership skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a quickly changing open team environment are also required.
