GBS F&A Process Standardization and Globalization Manager

Global Business Services (GBS) is part of the Corporate Administration & Shared Services organization

(CASS). We are the GBS F&A Process and Portfolio Management team led by Patrik Ogheden. We oversee the rollout and implementation of transformational solutions across the Global Business Services (GBS) process landscape. In collaboration with the Finance function, we are responsible for the month-end close related activities for financial transaction processes, reporting support and associated issue escalations. We also drive the GBS plan of record project implementations and provide platform services for business projects, mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, we represent GBS on the Finance Strategy and Transformation team to design and execute the financial architecture strategy for the company.

This person will work closely with the specific process managers for end to end process definitions, defining specific benchmark targets, defining automation targets by center, and working to coordinate an overall process community. The person will also be the primary contact with Hackett and other relevant benchmark organizations to make sure we are tightly linked on where the industry is going, showcasing our capabilities to third parties, and coordinating the effort from an overall process management perspective. This role will also partner with the F&A ADM, to setup a process review cycle with operations, to identify process issues or enhancement opprtunties that we can assess from an end to end perspective. This person will be responsible for managing the globalization initiatives and oppertunities in the F&A and admin space.
