Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist the Vice Chairs, Director of Management Operations, and the Director of Financial Operations in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and coordination of the divisions' administrative and financial activities.
- Management of multiple sub-specialty divisions' fiscal affairs including but not limited to budget, development of business plans for new faculty and programs, monitor clinical charges, income, and productivity, research areas of concern, manage salary expense for faculty and staff, monitor fund allocation and expense funds.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting clinic reporting and develop action plans .
- Prepare and/or coordinate financial reports for multiple sub-specialty divisions.
- Prepare monthly business summaries including but not limited to charges, pro fee income, contractual income, provider productivity, recruitment, new programs, clinic operations, and staffing.
- Participate in the annual budget process.

- Manage the clinical operations of multiple sub-speciality divisions including but not limited to budget, business plan development for new faculty and programs, charge capture and revenue cycle.
- Develop timely and accurate reports relative to revenue and faculty productivity.
- Analyze and interpret data, develop action plans for operations improvement and track trends.

School of Public Health - Epidemiology
- Biostatistics  


Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field with seven years experience in administration or business management for the ASO III.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field with five years experience in administration or business management for the ASO II.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field with three years experience in administration or business management for the ASO I.

Master's Degree in related field is preferred.  


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
