As a Channel Trainer in the Central Region, you will represent one of our premier clients in PC industry to train and drive sales to small and medium businesses in the Value Added Reseller Channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver on-site, targeted, customized solutions and sales training to each assigned account • On request, provide technical/sales training to client’s internal, channel-facing sales resources • Build and maintain account list in training data base • Report all training activity in training database • Attend trade shows, end user customer facing events and internal training as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree preferred • At least 3-5 years sales and/or training experience with distribution and channel partners (HP experience preferred) • 3-5 years marketing/selling/training experience with personal systems, servers, storage, and networking (HP product experience preferred) • Polished presentation skills with both large and small audiences • Experience with strategic and tactical planning by territory and account needed • Sales and training experience within the 1st and 2nd tier Reseller Channel • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Must be available to travel up to 50 percent
