?Interior Designer/TD Specialist position available in Z Projects office in Houston for applicant with 10+ years of previous experience.


 


 


?Responsibilities include preparing documents during programming, schematic design, design development, and construction document phases; and developing material and finish palettes.


 


 


 


 


 


Qualifications


 


 


?Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.


 


 


?10+ years Interior Design experience with small, medium, and large commercial projects.


 


 


?Current Texas Interior Design registration .


 


 


?Experience in design and production drawings required.


 


 


?Knowledge of appropriate materials, finishes and furniture.


 


 


?Must have creative design and drawing skills - design presentation skills, and conceptual design abilities. 


 


 


 


 


 


Skills


 


 


?Intermediate to advanced computer skills in AutoCAD (ADT a plus) and MS Word & Excel.


 


 


?Excellent oral and written communication skills.


 


 


?Ability to effectively work in a team atmosphere and meet deadlines.
