Job Description:
Title: Corporate H. R. Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible to assist in the development of various nationally/internationally developed HR policies and programs and to administer them within a geographical and/or functional area that supports the company’s overall business plan.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
* Provides insight and makes recommendations for improvement and change.
* Oversees the communication, implementation and administration of payroll processing; employee benefits programs and national HR programs.
* Assists with the development, delivery, administration and implementation of employee training programs and performence manageement systems.
* Develop compensation structure, job descripitions , performance review processes
* Assist in the devleopment and be point on the rollout of Company mission and values statement.
* Responsible for maintenance and implementation of affirmative action program for a defined geographic area or account including monitoring and auditing local EEO practices
* Key participant in the impementation, training, and proceses of SAP.
* Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed.
* Special projects for management as assigned
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in H.R. or similar
* 5-7 years HR experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment
* Must have ability to listen and provide guidance and counsel to Corporate staff
* Must be able to make independent judgments about current H.R. policies and procedues practices and recommend changes and solutions
* Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
* Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
* Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
