Description: This will be considered a high level position in our organization and this person will have 2 direct reports and one dotted line report. This person will play a key roll in ensuring timely, accurate and friendly HR service delivery. Healthcare experience or a strong HR background in the service industry will be required.

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is the dynamic individual that assists in leading the Human Resources department in their patient care oriented, customer service focused endeavors. The HR Manager presents a positive and professional image to others and is effective at coaching our leaders to become better leaders. This individual supervises and performs various functions of Human Resources, providing oversight to the applicant and new hire process, new hire orientation, employee records, compliance tracking and reporting, and benefits overview and facilitation. The manager serves as a consultant to management related to retention of employees, effective selection decisions, and other employment concerns to include employment law, providing counsel to managers and employees regarding employee relations issues, while working with managers to improve employee satisfaction and productivity. The HR Manager will assist with investigations related to Ethics, HIPAA and FTP complaints, and will prepare and recommended responses. This individual will participates in policy/procedure development and implementation, the development and presentation of management education, and may create and present various reports to management related to recruitment and retention of qualified personnel. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. MBA preferred.
Required Experience: 5+ years in leadership role in Customer focused Human Resources department.
