AAA Texas is seeking career-minded individuals for our Insurance Service Representative opportunity. Engage in providing high quality service to members and insured regarding sales of auto insurance and membership in a fast paced, inside sales environment. Demonstrate the ability to perform duties in support of department growth, profitablity, service goals and objectives in a team oriented environment; working closely with Field Sales Management, Sales Agents and support personnel.

Job Requirements :
4 year degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required
3 to 5 years experience as an Insurance Service Representative or equivalent position required
4 or more years of customer service experience in a similiar role considered in lieu of Insurance Service Representative
Prior sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superior organization skills and customer relationships
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
