The Customer Relationship Marketing Analyst will manage the e-mail and banner ad campaigns that are distributed to our customers. The successful candidate for this position will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all CRM programs. This position reports to the Senior Manager- Customer Relationship Marketing.
Responsibilities
· Cross departmental coordination to develop, test and execute e-mail and banner ad campaigns.
· Develop a prioritization and frequency management process for campaigns.
· Review all existing campaigns to ensure the validity of service provider promotions and special offers.
· Work closely with the analytics team to fully understand marketing campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimizing results.
· Perform quality assurance on all e-mail and banner ad campaigns, confirming the accuracy of all analytic identifiers.
· Develop an A/B testing strategy for new and existing campaigns to better target users and improve ROI.
· Actively work and consult with internal departments to develop marketing initiatives, ensuring that the execution plans are in-line with the overall strategy.
· Monitor e-mail and banner ad trends and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness of campaign results.
· Identify further opportunities to leverage e-mail and banner ads campaigns to drive visitors and revenue on the customer facing website
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree required, with a focus on marketing, communications, or business.
· 5+ years online marketing experience.
· 2+ years of e-mail and/or banner ad marketing experience.
· Experience with e-mail campaign tools such as Responsys, Lyris, ExactTarget, etc.
· Understanding of HTML authoring tools such as Macromedia Dreamweaver.
· Comfortable using web analytics tools to analyze data and make recommendations.
· Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
· Excellent time and project management skills.
