Informative on culture & guidelines as well as all rules, regulations regarding the dispensing of prescriptions. Problem resolution - ensure needs, complaints and issues am successfully resolved within company guidelines. Liaison between Home Office, Stores, Associates and business partners on Central flIl issues. Ensures location remains compliant with required corporate guidelines and federal and state labor laws. Responsible for evaluation and compensation process, and validation of payroll input by reviewing and performing HR audits. Will conduct interviewing, hiring, training and on-boarding processes. Will help to develop procedures and instructions. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining a budget for the facility. Analyze and review business and financial reports, including sales trends. P&L, cost per RX, inventory levels, inventory tracking & shrinkage, payroll, tumaround time for RX5, performance metric for all staff to ensure the facility maintains compliance and profitability. Liaison with suppliers, vendors, business partners, systems, and home office to ensure the facility has sufficient supplies to perform daily task and systems are operable. Job Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience managing salaried and hourly associates.
