Sales Manager - Houston (Galleria), TX - 3045
Directly supports the General Sales Manager in achieving company objectives in sales performance, profit contribution and profit and loss controls by overseeing the sales effort of the total store.
Consistently analyzes sales reports and data to both understand business results and opportunities as well as communicating these results to the sales teams.
Understands and communicates detailed and specific merchandise needs by area of business through available channels.
Monitors the sales, customer service and operational efforts of the selling floor
.
Ensures Company standards for merchandise presentation are met on a consistent basis.
Oversees implementation of merchandising and advertising guidelines; monitors pricing and verifies ad merchandise setup and signage are accurate in designated areas.
Ensures accuracy and timely completion of
prices changes and price identification throughout the store.
