Requirements:

Network knowledge and skills including troubleshooting network connection on a enterprise level.
Familiar with Windows XP, Windows Vista, know how to create local account, install printers, scanners and other peripherals.
Familiar with MS-Office 2003 or higher version, troubleshooting skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Familiar with how to install software (in general), how to setup printers, how to join a network domain.
Troubleshooting skills with different type of printers (HP 4250, Laser 4, 5 ..etc..) Working Knowledge with laptops (Dell, IBM, Toshiba).

Education/Skills:

Minimum 2 years experience required Certifications: A+ , MCP
