We are looking for creative software developers who are driven to produce great software solutions. Our software manages some of the largest auto dealerships in the world. This position involves new product development and maintenance of existing programs such as browser-based instructional software, HTML front-ends to inventory and scheduling systems, or hand-held order taking and prospect tracking systems. This includes designing, coding, testing, and documenting end-user applications and distributed computing frameworks used on Windows NT / 2000 and XP PCs.

We require a solid understanding of OS concepts such as processes, threads, memory-management and other Windows internals. An understanding of C / C++ or C#, TCP / IP networking, sockets programming, HTML, XML processing and distributed computing concepts is desired. Exposure to relational databases, SQL and ASP.NET would be a plus.
